Goals and dreams are sometimes so huge that they seem unreachable. But as people say, nothing is impossible, and age does not matter when it comes to dreams. Famous American actor and IFBB pro, Lou Ferrigno, believed this same philosophy. Ferrigno has achieved immense success in his life by becoming an actor, a?bodybuilding champion, and also bagging the Mr. Universe crown twice. His life is truly inspirational, and he shares this inspiration with his fans.

Recently, the ‘Incredible Hulk’ actor shared a heart-touching post on Instagram that would push many fans to achieve their goals.

Lou Ferrigno shared his wisdom on achieving dreams

In the post, Ferrigno uploaded a picture of the 1994 Masters Olympia, where he looks better than ever. Lou wrote, ?1994 Masters Olympia. I was 43. Never give up your dreams, goals, and aspirations- no matter what age you are! ??

Truly, he did not give up on his dreams and was on stage at the age of 43 alongside Robby Robinson and Ferrigno won the competition! He not only fulfilled his dreams as a pro bodybuilder but as an actor as well.

Ferrigno went on to star in famous Hollywood movies such as The Incredible Hulk, and Hercules. He portrayed the titular role of the Hulk in 1977. Despite his hearing loss at the age of 3, he did not stop and by the age of 40, Ferrigno had achieved the biggest dreams he had. However, Lou did have one regret.

Ferrigno revealed his big regret

The 6-foot-5-inch tall IFBB pro was excited to compete with?Arnold Schwarzenegger, but he was not prepared enough. He said to Ron Harris, ?My regrets are when I did Pumping Iron, I was a different person back then. I had a difficult relationship with my father. I only trained 9 weeks for the Olympia South Africa because before that I was training for ABC?s Superstars competition.?

When Lou got the role of being Arnold?s nemesis, in ‘Pumping Iron’, he grabbed the opportunity. Still, he had one regret and said, ?My only regret was that I was planning and hoped to reach my full potential and beat Arnold because he was five years older, but I never got that chance.?

Nonetheless, Ferrigno went parallelly with Arnold, when it came to being successful in the show business and bodybuilding arena.
