The YouTube video started with Greg giving an update about his health and then commencing to trying out the different recopies from the cookbook. He said started the video, ?It?s a full day of eating from Will Tennyson?s brand-new cookbook and so many of you may not realize this, but??

Then Greg gave an update on his health saying, ?I?ve had bronchitis for a month and I?ve lost about six pounds. So, I need to eat foods that are higher in calories.? This cookbook was perfect for Doucette and gave him all the ingredients he needed to increase his energy. The first meal was waked and baked, consisting of Ham and Cheddar omelet roll-up. This is full of proteins and had 900kcal. This will help Doucette gain size again. The meal also has six full eggs, which are not something Doucette generally eats. He tasted the food and loved it and gobbled it down in two bites. He rated the meal 9 on 10. Even his cat Nikki liked the protein-rich, scrumptious meal.

The next meal was sweet potato chicken and waffles. The third meal of the day was apple pie pastry and finally, the last meal of the day was chicken parmesan bake with quinoa. Each dish was always rated more than 8 on 10 by Doucette and had more than 500 calories. Greg Doucette only had good things to say about Tennyson?s cookbook and recommended it to his fans. Doucette not only shares food ideas for bulking but also for shredding weight.

Doucette shares a meal plan to keep hunger at bay

Doucette advises more cardio, and he said, On top of a good diet, cardio to me, that is the secret.? The main reason for this is that if someone does cardio, they burn more calories. The vlogger further opined that it is far easy to stick to a high-calorie diet than survive on less food.

According to the pro, this is the most underrated form of shredding weight. The YouTuber is doing an amazing job at making the bodybuilding community more aware of the dos and don?ts of fitness. He educates the fitness world and debunks myths like a pro.
