The short video directly started with the bodybuilder and scholar talking about the supplements that are the most effective in the long run. He started off by listing the ones which show a small amount of benefit. Dr Israetel said, “Studies show a very small set of benefits for for sure For a couple of classes of supplement.”

He then listed the supplements and said, “Whey and casein proteins work. Creatine works again just a little bit, stimulants work. Maybe Carbohydrate powders have their place and daily vitamins and some minerals maybe like vitamins D, zinc, etc.” According to him, these are the supplements that have shown effective results and work properly to enhance muscles and they are “confirmed supplements that work.” However these work but have tiny effects and not something that is directly visible immediately.

According to the athlete and fitness guru, almost all other supplements do nothing that can even be detected. So clearly the training and intake of nutrients and supplements is a long-term work that will show effects in a prolonged time and not in the blink of an eye. Dr Israetel has also advised on natural supplements that boost testosterone.

During a conversation with Jeff Nippard, the exercise scientist suggested that if a natural herb is enhancing testosterone one should question the mechanism it is creating inside the body.

If the body detects that a serum testosterone increase has occurred, it would reduce the natural production of the hormone.
