Canadian bodybuilder Iain Valliere had participated in the Mr. Olympia 2022 and finished in the 11th position and he knew some changes were needed. Valliere also decided to skip the 2023 Arnold Classic in order to focus on his recovery and have a prolonged off-season. However, he did step on the Toronto Pro show in June 2023 and won the competition with his incredible conditioning. With all this happening in the?bodybuilding coach?s life, he also gave another shocking news.
Chris Bumstead?s coach and his brother-in-law revealed his retirement from competitive bodybuilding. After the saddening news, Valliere is looking forward to the new chapters in his life. Moving on to that, he recently uploaded a picture of his jacked muscles and the new conditioning he needs for them.

In his new Instagram post, Valliere chose to post a picture of his massive quads and leg muscles in a mirror selfie. He captioned the post saying, ?Gunna have to shrink these puppies a little more or I ain’t going to be running anywhere too fast. Short track cycling maybe.? Since the former IFBB pro and coach is sadly not into competitive bodybuilding anymore, he is thinking of shrinking his physique to a different conditioning.

The coach recently talked about his retirement in a heartfelt YouTube video. He also posted an Instagram post about the same. He admitted that he does not feel the excitement and the same urge to compete anymore and the adrenaline is gone.
Even Chris Bumstead was saddened by the news more so because Valliere was the one who introduced him to bodybuilding.

Chris Bumstead expresses his pride at Valliere?s new journey
Chris?Bumstead previously took to his Instagram to talk about the decision that his brother-in-law and former coach has taken. He shared two pictures of him and Iain together during their training days. Valliere announced the retirement from professional bodybuilding. Bumstead congratulated him on being brave enough to go away and understand his own right time for doing so.
In the caption, Bumstead wrote,??So proud and excited for you to be starting the next chapter of your life. Every bodybuilder knows as beautiful as competing can be, it really does consume so much of your existence.? He also added that sometimes it is important to let go of things at the right time and listen to your heart. It might be a hard thing to accomplish but this must be done in order to be happy.?
