Before becoming a bodybuilding champion Ronnie Coleman was a police officer and he still pursued bodybuilding simultaneously. His hands and biceps were so huge that he needed to customize his uniforms. Even though he was known as a lightweight champion The King lifted some of the heaviest weights during his prime.

However, those weights also affected his health and he had to go through a lot of surgeries which made him dependent on a wheelchair at the age of 59. Recently a throwback YouTube video made fans nostalgic about his heaviest weightlifts of all time.

King Ronnie Coleman was and remains as muscular, tall, and aesthetic as he was before.  He was a package of extreme entertainment on stage in his prime days. His signature ‘yeah buddy’ still resonates in his voice even after going through 13 surgeries and retirement. He is the epitome of strength and performance, and he knows that no one can bench press like him. The eight-time Mr. Olympia winner had once mentioned that he had bench-pressed 500 lbs. He had also attempted a 2300-pound leg press which he knew no one else could do.
