After retirement, Culter maintained his physique, but not to the same level of conditioning as his peak. However, he started training again for his Fit for 50 challenge, which is basically him getting to a peak physique before he turns 50.

The last few months have been rigorous for the champion as he intensely trained to celebrate his 50th birthday in a ripped avatar. Cutler’s hard work paid off, thrilling fans who were eager to see his new avatar.

Proclaiming the shredded physique of Quad Stomp at 49 as phenomenal, a fan wrote, “Bro can still do Mr.Olympia.” Doubting the age of the 4x Mr. Olympia, a fan commented, “I’m convinced Jay doesn’t age no way he is 49.

While an admirer dropped a truth bomb in the comments box by commenting, “Awesome job, you look amazing. As a part of the challenge, he left his old habits and started a new routine. “I‘m trying to cut back on the caffeine a little bit,” he confessed in his 72nd podcast edition. However, he admitted that he did not get back to his earlier training regimen during his prime.
