He is a 48-year-old bodybuilder well-known for his strong muscles and fans on social media, as well as for his problems. He once tried a watermelon diet, even though he fainted from it. People had criticized him because they thought he used steroids. But he’s not hiding it; he’s talked openly about having heart attacks and living a not-so-healthy life.

He had a tough time in college and went to prison. But after he got out of prison, he changed his life by getting into fitness. However, about two years ago, he had a terrifying experience where he almost died and had to go to the hospital. In a recent video on his YouTube channel, the 48-year-old talks about how he had a life-threatening heart attack, which changed his life.

Change in Kali’s life after heart attack

Bodybuilding was Kali Muscle’s life. It was all about building muscles and taking supplements. But then, he had a heart attack. He said, “A lot of people are going to be demonized and they going to come attack me say everybody now is oh if you didn’t have a heart attack you would still be bodybuilding on roads taking supplements they always say if I didn’t.”

The heart attack forced him to make big changes in their life, he added. “But I did so I had to forcefully change my life do you think I wanted to lose my muscle size do you think that uh I wanted to lose my basically my supplement company that was you know on the uprise do you think I wanted to change my lifestyle.”

In a short video, Muscle points out three main reasons for health problems among bodybuilders today. He starts by talking about the bad food they eat, like fast food and too much rice, which can harm their health. He said: “Eating Top Ramen, eating just the worst foods known to man, a ton of rice, clogging up our system.”

Next, he mentions that lifting heavy weights can damage muscles and joints. He said: “We always want to lift the heaviest weights, and so boom, we are damaging our joints and our ligaments, right?” Pushing the body too hard can lead to injuries.

Last, he talks about supplements and steroids. He said: “Then you get steroids, which harden your arteries and clog you up; I’m a prime example.” Kali Muscle’s story shows us that we must make tough choices to stay healthy.
