4 -time Mr. Olympia winner?Jay Cutler?does not back down when it comes to fitness. The man who defeated ‘The King,’?Ronnie Coleman?remains a known name in the field of bodybuilding. Cutler sat on?Mr. Olympia?throne from 2006-2007 and 2009- 2010 and concluded his epic journey after placing sixth in 2013. He might not be participating in bodybuilding competitions anymore, but his old training videos still connect with the fans.

The former champion dropped a throwback video as a YouTube reel on his official channel, in which he can be seen doing an insane workout. He named it “MASS MONSTER – Jay Cutler Training Back??.”?

The champion uploaded a YouTube reel on 24th May 2023, and it was spectacular. Cutler seems to be performing the T-bar row exercise that is used to work out the lats and rear deltoids. With eight plates, Jay is doing reps hard and fast while his biceps pop with the pressure of the weight. The video has already garnered more than 48k views and 4K likes.

The bodybuilding beast regularly shares his workout videos on YouTube with his fans. He describes the time he spends working out as ?meditation?.?He once advocated the importance of sleep?and said,??I need to make sure I get enough sleep. That?s the most important thing.?
