These days, Kali Muscle is all about health and well-being, years after escaping a near-fatal incident in the past. He suffered a massive heart attack, which made him quit his unhealthy life practices. Now, he is on a fasting ride to keep himself healthy. Amidst all the attention on his eccentric fasting routines, the fitness influencer recently spilled beans on his college reunion.

After making netizens freak out by breaking his fast with breast milk, Muscle underscores how he was more focused on his appearance than health during his bodybuilding career.

The 48-year-old bodybuilding icon spent 11 years in jail before finding his passion for the sport. Muscle binged on high-calorie junk food in prison and also engaged in steroid abuse while being a professional bodybuilder. His unhealthy lifestyle took a toll on his body, and he almost died in 2021 of a cardiac attack.

So, now Kali Muscle understands the privilege of health and well-being and wants to live for his kids. But Muscle understands how many are like him. “A lot of regrets set in at 40. Everybody mostly I see, regret is their health,” he confessed in the latest clip on YouTube. He noted how his classmates from high school were looking unhealthy at the reunion party he attended.

A lot of guys were like four times the size when we were in high school. The dudes are so unhealthy bro,” he said. However, Muscle was not new to weight fluctuations. As a bodybuilder, Muscle went down from 225 lbs to 198 lbs to compete in a bodybuilding show. “I didn’t care about the weight I was worried about the look,” he confessed. However, in recent times, the icon has been maintaining his health by fasting.

The bodybuilding YouTuber resolved to live longer for his twins after a health setback. However, his means to a healthy life have been through numerous fitness fads. He went on a 30-day watermelon fast a few months back. and recently even shared that he was on a 216-hour-long water fast.

On the seventh day, he broke his fast by drinking breast milk. However, his body doesn’t appear to be rejuvenated as there was no “p**p”, no sleep, and no strength. But the 48-year-old is hell-bent on progressing in his fasting journey.
