Chris Aceto and Dave Palumbo are back with a new episode on ‘RxMuscle — The Truth in Bodybuilding’ where they discuss the performance of various bodybuilders. This time Ms. Physique Olympia, 2022, Natalia Abraham Coelho caught their attention with her physique at the IFBB NY PRO, 2023.

The 26-year-old bodybuilder impressed Palumbo and Aceto with her competitive spirit. Coelho is known for being in shape around the year as she poses for bodybuilding shows other than Olympia. In the video, the YouTubers compared her grit to many other pioneer bodybuilders.

Palumbo said, “ I gotta bring Natalia Coelho up because she might be the Milos Sarcev of women’s physique.” He listed her achievements from winning the IFBB Pittsburgh Pro and the IFBB New York Pro, to Olympia, before adding, “She’s the only Olympia champ who is competing throughout the year.

The 55-year-old YouTuber revealed that he had never come across an Olympia winner who would do other shows continuously.  “She’s got to be walking around almost year-round in shape, this girl I don’t think she gets out of shape at all,” he said in mesmerization toward the IFBB Pro champion.

Palumbo went to an extent to compare her with Nick Walker who hasn’t missed a meal for six years. Even after her intense training, Coelho lost first place many times, but like Jay Cutler, she would return to the stage. “She might beat the Milos Sarcev record of the most shows,” he added. The female athlete thanked the duo for recognizing her efforts in an Instagram post

The young bodybuilder was elated for being compared to greats like Jay Cutler and Milos Sarcev. She loves to live the life of a bodybuilder 24/7 throughout the year. And according to her competing is the fundamental drive of all athletes. And she couldn’t wrap her head around it when questioned about her love for competitions.

She thanked Dave Palumbo and Chris Aceto for recognizing her efforts, work ethic, and bodybuilding passion. After winning this year’s New York Pro a couple of days back, she would prep for Ms. Physique Olympia moving forward.

Coelho was passionate about fitness since childhood and it was her brother who introduced her to the gym.
