Amidst the swordplay throughout the bodybuilding arena, Mamdouh Elssbiay a.k.a Big Ramy collapsed the Mr. Olympia title for the third consecutive time. Ensuing dominance over two years, Hadi Choopan broke the chain of events, winning the Sandow trophy. Even though Ramy lost, he addressed bodybuilders, fitness enthusiasts, and fans stating that he will come back stronger.

The Egyptian IFBB bodybuilder forewarned the bodybuilding community by letting them know, bygones be bygones and he is going to commence afresh. Big Ramy posted an Instagram picture depicting that he is all set to win Mr. Olympia 2023 with an astonishing physique.

The bodybuilding beast, Ramy says, “I promise you guys I will do my best to come back again, stronger than ever. I don’t promise to win or to lose because I respect the other people, but I will say I will do my best like what I did all my life to be number one man and to be number one again.” The Egyptian bodybuilder was optimistic after losing 2022 Mr. Olympia as he presumed that a step back is forsooth, the feasibility to lay one step ahead.

Big Ramy’s coach, Nicholls, is putting in tremendous effort to train the Egyptian bodybuilder. Nicholls pays close attention to every aspect of Big Ramy’s training, ensuring no detail is overlooked. He closely observes the impressive physique of Big Ramy and notes significant changes in his body composition.
