As per the source, the 40-year-old actor seized the moment to celebrate his birthday morning in classic Australian style by sporting a good surf at Byron Bay in New South Wales. He is currently in his homeland, spending wholesome time with his family and was also accompanied by his 33-year-old brother Liam Hemsworth and friend Owen Wright.?
The actor was captured donning a shirtless look and half of his wet suit in the car park which flaunted his robust arms and defined abdomen muscles ahead of walking to the beach. The Thor actor has always been a fitness freak and strictly maintains his workout regime and a high-calorie diet.?
The source revealed that Hemsworth does not compromise on his regime ahead of movies and thus, his stunt double, Holland Hayton said that he had to gain around 22 lbs with a diet of 4000 calories a day to resemble Thor?s physique. Starting off with Cross-body mountain climbers, followed by kick sits, bicycle sit-ups, and flutter kicks, suggested to be of 20 reps each for 4 sets.
