Chris Bumstead, the reigning champ in Classic Physique, is not the one to hold back when it comes to showing admiration for bodybuilding legend Ronnie Coleman. Recently, Bumstead took to Instagram to express his awe, sharing a snippet of Coleman lifting the jaw-dropping 800-lb squats.

Cbum shared Coleman’s reel to his Instagram story with a simple yet powerful caption: “GOAT S**T.” In the video, Coleman, known for his incredible feats of strength,  embarked on a jaw-dropping display that left everyone in awe including CBum. According to the reel video, with a grin on his face, Coleman tackled a hefty 585 lbs front squat for four reps, showcasing not just strength, but control and balance too. “Time to bleed!” he declared, setting the stage for what came next.

But it was the colossal 800-lbs squat that truly stole the show. With determination etched on his face, Coleman geared up for the challenge ahead, boldly stating, “Time to break the record, baby!” With each rep, he pushed the boundaries of what many thought was impossible, leaving spectators speechless.

The monumental achievement didn’t stop there. The former Mr. Olympia went on to conquer a staggering 2300 lbs leg press for nine reps, further solidifying his status as a legend in the bodybuilding world. Watching him in action, it’s hard not to question just how far the human body can go.

While admiring their unique poses and aesthetics, he crowned Coleman the greatest. “If you ask me the greatest of all time I’d still say Ronnie Coleman,” he admitted in an interview with Vincent Oshana and Patrick Bet-David. Bumstead praised Coleman not just for his physique but for his attitude.
