Recently, Coleman was seen hitting the gym with 410 Lbs Strongman, Brian Shaw, who has claimed victory at the Arnold Strongman Classic three times.

America’s strongest man’s retirement news has left Coleman in disbelief. Talking about Shaw’s retirement and working out together, the duo had a wonderful conversation with each other, giving the fans another chance to be excited.

Recently, a video was uploaded on the Shawstrength YouTube Channel. In the video, Ronnie Coleman and Brian Shaw were seen together at the gym. The duo grabbed the attention of their fans with their fascinating conversation and training. In the beginning, Shaw can be seen doing his muscle-enhancing exercises under the guidance of Coleman. After some time, Coleman also started with the same exercises. 

Meanwhile, Coleman asked Brian his age, How old are you now?” Responding to the question, Brain said, “I am 41.” After hearing his age, Coleman went into a shocked state and said, “Oh man yeah you that’s what that’s when that’s when I was my stronger at 41 41 yeah felt good.” 

As Ronnie Coleman was surprised at his retirement at the age of 41, he asked Shaw why he was quitting at 41. He answered by saying, “I feel really good right like honestly I feel really good Further during the conversation, Shaw made talked about how he should have left the sport a couple of years ago. Earlier, the Strongman left the fitness community shocked with his announcement about being on the WSM stage for the last time.

Brian Shaw announces his last appearance on World’s Strongest Man stage

The Arnold Classic champion had earlier announced that the 2023 World’s Strongest Man competition would be his last time on the WSM stage. Later in a YouTube video, he disclosed that he would take a permanent break from the competition entirely.

He said, “I only feel like it is fitting for me to do my final strongman competition at the Shaw classic at the event that I created, to give back to this sport,” The announcement had left many fans teary-eyed, with one of the greats in strength sports, leaving the arena.
