Although his golden career as a bodybuilder has ended now, the eight-time Mr. Olympia winner is always looked up to for this very reason. In a recent update from his life, Coleman revealed his favorite Olympia victory in an interview with Strongman Brian Shaw on his ShawStrength Podcast.

In the interview, Coleman was asked about which was his most-loved Olympia victory throughout his career. Answering the question, Coleman said, “Still, I still look at that first one and kind of bring tears to my eyes that’s amazing.” The icon further talked about how time hasn’t stood still and that it continues to progress slowly, but, his first victory still remains the best.
According to Coleman, he had his favorite physique in 1998 when he had the miraculous and muscular physique when he won the esteemed Olympia title first time in the history of bodybuilding. However, for the bodybuilder, the latter part of his life after the Olympia titles was a rollercoaster ride, with major injuries leaving him wheelchair-bound.
Despite facing health dangers throughout his career, Coleman didn’t lose hope. Instead, he seemed positive and full of life whenever he made a public appearance. To alleviate his pain and suffering, the legend is taking the help of stem cell therapy.

Earlier, the Olympia winner shared facts about his recovery methods in an interview. The legend was asked to reveal his major purpose behind undergoing stem cell treatments and he did not show any hesitation in disclosing this pain-relieving method. He revealed that his numbness and pain have greatly improved over time with the treatment.
He said, “For me is to keep the pain away okay and hopefully, you know recovery you know also like I have a lot of numbness in my feet and in my legs but uh a lot of it is going away,” Expressing his dependency on stem cell injections, he went on to say, “The more injections I get, the better everything else gets, the numbness and everything gets too.”
