The bodybuilder has started his prep for the championship ahead of time.

In his prep journey, Terry has been dropping physique updates and sharing his workout sessions with his fans. Recently, he posted an update on Instagram with a caption sharing his future goals. But what would that be? 

The current Mr. Olympia had shared an image of himself in the vacuum pose. Even though the bodybuilder had just started his Olympia preparation, his physique looked stunning. The pose was a display of the perfect symmetry that Terry’s upper body showcased. His biceps looked enormous, with top-notch vascularity in his forearms.

The bodybuilder’s chest looked full and round, complimenting his all-over physique. Terry even had some widespread lats, but the center of attraction was something else. The current Mr. Olympia’s abs grabbed attention, as he showcased a small waist.

The men’s physique bodybuilder captioned the post, “Best believe this guy is getting beat this year.” He highlighted that he’ll be coming back to the stage much better and improved than last year and explained that he had been training consistently, unlike the 2023 Olympia. The bodybuilder is filled with high spirits, and so are his fans. Even the current open division Mr. Olympia, commented on the post to boost Terry’s morale.

Terry’s improvements impress Lunsford

Witnessing the improvements in the current men’s physique winner’s physique, Derek Lunsford commented, “That’s how it’s done!” One fan was also stunned by the bodybuilder’s improvements and commented, “No one is near you boy.“
