

Chinedu Andrew J, A.K.A., Andrew Jacked made his Mr. Olympia debut last year. Jacked is practicing hard to compete in the upcoming bodybuilding events. And Like most of his contemporaries, the 2022 Arnold Classic title winner also shares his training sessions on his social media. He recently shared a post that left his fans amazed.
In the video clip on his Instagram grid, the bodybuilder was seen acing the landmine row like a pro. Fans couldn’t stop themselves as they reached the comments section to reward their fitness icon with appreciation.

Fans react to Andrew Jacked’s training clip
The Binous Gym goer was sporting red shorts and a gym vest while doing the landmine rows. With a progressive weight reduction, the bodybuilder’s biceps could be seen pumped up in the video. “Brick by Brick we progressing Yesszzziirrr!!!” he captioned the post. This stunned his fans, who liked and commented on the post.
A mesmerized fan wrote, “Dude you have been so fun to watch! The gains are insane.” Another fan had mistaken the bodybuilder for a basketball player and later realized and commented, ”Thought this was Patrick Ewing rowing this sh*t for a second. Giant bro Giant.”

Fans loved Andrew Jacked’s version of the exercise. A follower wrote, ”Machine! What a drop set.” Another comment also reflected the same emotion, “Now that is how you do that exercise!” A proud fan wrote, ”Absolute monster!” Though the 6’2″ tall bodybuilder is perfect in his training sessions, he struggles with the diet regime.
The budding bodybuilder’s dietary complications
Andrew Jacked opened up about his sensitive gut to Ronnie Coleman in a podcast. “My stomach is so small and sensitive, and I have a high level of allergies, especially to food,” confessed the bodybuilder to Coleman.

Unlike the common dietary norms of bodybuilders, Andrew follows a routine of 4 meals and one shake. But his difficulties with nutrition are not stopping him from gearing up for the competitions. He is being trained by coach, George Farah. He admires Flex Wheeler’s posing techniques and believes in creating the same aura on the stage as him.
