Cutler is currently focusing on his ‘Fit for 50’ challenge and is actively posting tips regarding muscle hypertrophy using his social media. Recently, the ‘Comeback Kid’ posted another video on his TikTok in which he shared a secret variation of a back exercise to get huge lats just like him.

What is the secret grip that Cutler shared?

Jay Cutler started the video by saying that he is going to use a different grip while doing ‘Pullover’, which is an old-school exercise to build amazing lats. After revealing the grip, Cutler suggested performing the movement for 12 controlled reps to get the lats burning. “I’m gonna do a grip and I’m actually going to grip the handle with a closed fist, and that’s going to allow the weight to kind of push on the back of my palms and really pull on the lat,”?said Cutler.

Continuing further, Cutler stated,?“Remember, you can’t go super heavy, you want to be able to get the repetitions, get that stretch but more importantly, this is the mind-to-muscle connection for the lats so you can get that really popped front double bicep.”

Arnold Schwarzenegger created an amazing shoulder workout that theoretically targets all three heads of the deltoids. However, contrary to popular belief, Cutler disclosed that this exercise is not effective in practicality. In a YouTube short uploaded on JayCutlerTV, he shared why does not he prefer hitting the Arnold Press while training shoulders.
