The son of The Myth is gearing up for the upcoming bodybuilding competitions relentlessly. The last couple of years were nothing short of huge turmoil for Sergio Oliva Jr. After a nerve damage issue in 2020, he took a break from bodybuilding competitions and was hoping high to make a comeback. However, he was detained in a car accident case in Dubai a few months back.
Though he still resides in Dubai due to travel restrictions, the bodybuilder is making huge progress in training. He recently shared another glimpse of his ripped physique on his Instagram channel which made the bodybuilding stars like Jay Cutler and Milos Sarcev comment in appreciation

The son of the bodybuilding legend posted a photo dump of him flexing his physique from his favorite gym Binous Gym. In the first picture of the carousel the bodybuilder with a beard could be seen sporting a broad smile. He captioned the post, “86lbs this morning.” He further added that he is trying to pull a rabbit out of his hat. “Let’s see what the fates have in store for me now,” he added.
Jay Cutler, the 4x Mr.Olympia couldn’t resist himself from posting, “Beast” on Oliva Jr’s post. Milos Sarcev also cheered the bodybuilder by commenting, “Go and get that O qualification.” A fan commented in awe, “Wow – this is your best look by far my man,” on Oliva Jr.’s post.

A proud fan commented, “They’re in for a big shock!” While a content netizen revealed, “This is the Sergio we’ve been waiting for.” An appreciative comment read, “Grainy, full and cut. Good work bro.” Sergio Oliva Jr was on the stage of Mr.Olympia at a very young age, though not for competition.
The Myth introduced his son to the world from the 1984 Mr.Olympia stage
After being placed 8th in the Mr.Olympia of 1984, Sergio Oliva. Sr raised his 2-week-old newborn, Oliva Jr. to the crowd and said, “No matter what happened tonight, eighth, 17th or 20th, I’ll forever be The Myth. And I hold in my arms Sergio Jnr, the next Myth,” per Muscular Development.

Now, Oliva Jr. wants to prove his father’s words on the stage of Olympia. However, irrespective of what was said at the event The Myth didn’t like his son pursuing a bodybuilding career. But the son is following his heart by walking his father’s path.
