Sam Sulek recently took to his official YouTube channel and shared a video of himself working out in the gym, demonstrating his bulking days. In between his workouts, he took time to share some knowledge he has gained in his extensive learning process about the sport, and the first thing that he addressed was the rising problem of body dysmorphia.
He began by stating how looking in the mirror early in the morning with no food and just the baseline build of your body helps in boosting up your confidence. He goes on to add that it is mandatory to realize and internalize that the morning image is actually what you look like, without any external force.

Sam Sulek adds, “That’s your build. I’m not saying that’s mean or whatever, but if you can actually get grounded in reality and understand that, then I think it’ll give you a better chance to not be prone to self-image issues. Sulek went on to address this issue that is ruining the lives of millions because he himself has been criticized by a lot of other athletes. However, he has also received a great deal of support from eminent ones.
