Despite facing health issues lately, Big Ramy remains dedicated to his training and continues to prepare for upcoming competitions. In the recent podcast, he shared his opinions on a lot of topics, such as taking a break, stem cell treatment, and blood tests, among others. Ramy engaged in a podcast called “BIG RAMY COMES CLEAN,” hosted by “Muscle and Fitness,” where he engaged in a discussion with Chris Cormier, Milos Sarcev, and Dennis James. When Sarcev asks him, ?Do you feel like you need a break or you don?t feel a break?? Ramy promptly answers, ?You know I don?t know if you know that because he is close to me and you know how I respect Steve. Steve the first show in New York and he is always nice to me.?

He also expressed his emotions and said, ?I felt bad when I hear somebody to me ?you have to stop?. I think the only thing you can tell somebody who?s competing is, ?Yeah you can do it.?

In response, Dennis clarified that Steve was not advising Ramy to take a break, but rather suggesting that he should take time to recover and improve his physique. Ramy expressed his view, stating that it’s acceptable for friends to share such advice, but finding it odd when it’s posted on social media. Fans resonated with Ramy’s perspective and showed their support through comments.
