The fitness community always comes up with some form of help that can elevate the lives and careers of its participants. One of the issues in the contemporary world that more or less challenges individuals’ fitness might actually be addiction. When people go overboard and are unable to come out of it, they require assistance. The famous bodybuilder, Flex Wheeler, has been reported to have such experiences.
Known as the uncrowned Mr. Olympia, Flex Wheeler has won Arnold Classic’s Lifetime Achievement awards. The Sultan of Symmetry had faced several medical conditions in his life, which, in turn, affected him mentally as well. Thus, his initiative to talk and inspire others through a podcast episode has been a huge hit.
