After the nearly $14 billion acquisition of Whole Foods by Amazon in 2017, Bezos started changing his lifestyle for the good. The billionaire hired Wes Okerson as his personal trainer who has worked with several Hollywood celebrities like Tom Cruise before. In a recent interview with Vogue, Bezos’s fiance Sanchez also confirmed that Jeff Bezos is not a man she can keep up with at the gym. Although the couple frequently works out together, they have their own fitness routines. While another alleged rumor speculated Bezos to have 12-14% body fat, Business Insider confirmed Bezos doing, “Low-impact, high-resistance exercises, like rowing and lifting weights.”

  1. Richard Branson

Richard Branson is not only a business magnate but also a commercial astronaut. It is quite astonishing to imagine the 73-year-old billionaire to be active in the gym. It is often reported that Branson, being a fitness fanatic himself, has his own circle of athletes he hangs out with. He has also talked about his dietary preferences and usual gym activities out in public. However, instead of just another gym, the billionaire loves to hold his workout sessions on his private island, Necker Island. On top of his fitness practices, Branson also indulges himself in various physical activities like biking, kite surfing, singles surfing, and many more. His goal, as he pointed out before, is to keep a fit physique even when he is 150 years old.

  1. Mark Zuckerberg

If you think Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg’s interests only lay in the tech world, think again. The 39-year-old CEO of Meta is a devoted MMA aficionado who has announced that his debut match is coming up soon. An anterior cruciate ligament injury during training led to his surgery, and  this has delayed the debut for the time being.

On the other hand, Dave Camarillo had given Zuckerberg a blue belt in Brazilian jiu-jitsu earlier this year, and he often shares photos of himself on Instagram. Outside of MMA, Zuckerberg is often seen biking, kayaking making his physical activities interesting, and keeping his six-packs in check even outside of gyms.

  1. Jack Dorsey

The former co-founder and CEO of Twitter (now X), Jack Dorsey, is one of the most committed wellness preachers among corporate leaders. He puts much emphasis on both mental and physical health, so much so that his fitness plans shape his entire lifestyle. From meditating twice daily to three 7-minute workout sessions before his coffee, Dorsey pledges his daily schedule to various healthy approaches.

Among other things, he often takes ice baths and sauna and also walks to work. His dietary practices are almost as strict as all the others, yet more shocking than most of his other habits. Dorsey prefers to take one meal per day during a day, bringing it up to seven meals a week. He apparently vouches that he gained better mental stability following these methods.

  1. Tim Cook

Apple’s CEO Tim Cook is not far behind Richard Branson and Zuckerberg. Cook has said on several occasions how much he values waking up early. His alarm rings as early as 4 am and Cook starts his day. Deciding to have an hour-long workout session, he tries to find a gym where none of his colleagues can be seen. In one of his interviews with Fortune, Tim Cook called himself a “fitness nut“. He firmly believes that his fitness routine is one of the major elements that helps him deal with stress and have a productive life.
