Fresh off Beating Defending Champ Erin Banks, Men’s Physique Competitor Gives Jitters to Bodybuilding World Ahead of Mr. Olympia 2023: “Mad Physique”

The realm of bodybuilding has been ever-evolving since its establishment. Be it a historic win someone had or an unexpected defeat despite hard work, the sport is often home to surprising results. Such results are often part and parcel of the sport and fans would look forward to what would happen as the Mr. Olympia 2023 approaches in a few days.  

Meanwhile, this bodybuilder looking to participate in the Men’s physique division has continued his preparation for the marquee event. This man with a well-sculpted body also defeated current Mr. Olympia Men’s physique champion Erin Banks at the Legion Sports Festival. Now, with an Instagram post, he has driven his fans into a frenzy.  

Kyron Holden leaves fans in anticipation ahead of Olympia 

In a recent Instagram post, Kyron Holden uploaded his pic with a caption which hinted at him being in a spiritual mood. He believes that in the chase of a good physique, he has become a man with a bigger soul. In the caption, he wrote, “In pursuit of my physical best/ but my soul got bigger I’m more spirit than flesh ….peak week!! @malenaapadilla had some ideas.” 

Though he has reached a major win after defeating Erin Banks at Legion Sports Festival, he seems really excited for Mr. Olympia. Before the competition, Holden has come up with the spiritual side of his persona. Having seen his passion and determination for bodybuilding, one thing is clear he has more dreams to unlock ahead in his life. He may not be a man who stops growing after a few victories. He looks forward to Olympia. 

Although he has his eyes on the next competition and titles, his unparalleled victory over a reigning Mr. Olympia winner cannot be forgotten by his fans. Along the same lines, the bodybuilding community cheered him on for his Mr. Olympia outing.

Complementing his well-ripped body showcased in the post, one fan wrote, “Mad Physique.” Another user commented, “Physique always on point.” Encouraging the bodybuilder for his upcoming battle, one fan said, “You can definitely win. You are number one.” Along with this, one user found his picture terrific and wrote, “THIS IS SCARY ” Recalling his victory against Banks, one Instagram user added, “The new king of men’s physique” Speculating that he would lift the Sandow trophy this time, another fan penned down, “New Olympia champ. Coming.”
