Cutler’s rivalry with Ronnie Coleman has made its way into the history books of bodybuilding. People started seeing him as a hero, whose proficiency in training and diet was incredible and beneficial for every fitness enthusiast. However, some online users have recently found Cutler guilty of having a faulty form!

Even though he no longer competes on stage, he never takes his health and body for granted. The 50-year-old trains nearly every day and shares wonderful fitness tips with his fans. Recently, he took the allegations seriously, and hence, made his voice heard.

In a recent Instagram post, Jay Cutler has responded to those who wanted to change his body or form. Sharing his opinion about himself, he said, “Listen, it wasn’t on purpose. I’ll be honest. I just went through a lot of trial and error in my training. I watched Arnold train. I watched Dorian Yates train. I watched Lee Haney train. What I realized is everyone has to find their own style.” Cutler went on to say that he focused on targeting muscle fiber and, because of his hard work in the training, he had fantastic results as well.

The 4x Olympia winner further stated, “I think my track record proves itself by winning four Olympias, three Honor Classics.” Without a doubt, he seemed to have given a stern reply to those who wanted to criticize his training methods. Bodybuilding is a profession that requires individuals to go the extra mile to attain body goals. That’s what Cutler has done throughout his career. However, the journey to become a bodybuilder is not everybody’s cup of tea.

Cutler has recently talked about what it takes to be the absolute best at bodybuilding. Countless injuries, determined training, and family issues are an absolute part of the bodybuilding journey.

Cutler spoke about the struggles he faced during his journey in a bodybuilding career. He confessed about not being able to devote enough time to his family. The 50-year-old legend further stated that this caused numerous quarrels within the family. Cutler also spoke about the gruesome injuries he had to endure on his journey to greatness.

He further shed light on the harsh reality of his life. The darkest time in Cutler’s life was when everyone was celebrating Thanksgiving with their families. He was facing family issues. He revealed, “Our family’s kind of scattered now. Yeah, it’s just you know, ’cause it’s like the spouses and everyone else, it’s like the families all get in different places, you know. Yeah, it’s hard to get everyone in one space.” Cutler went on to elaborate that it was hard to get together because of different schedules and time restrictions. Fortunately for the bodybuilding world, Cutler pushed through the pain and never let any obstacles defy him. That’s how he reached the pinnacle and is now a celebrated icon of the community.
