Despite undergoing therapy, he demonstrated unwavering bravery and determination. Resolute in his goals, the Strongman stands tall with confidence, aiming to surpass his own record set in 2019 with the elephant bar weighing 1044 lbs. Throughout his preparation, he has been actively sharing glimpses of his training on social media.

In his recent Instagram post, The Mountain updates his workout journey with fans, highlighting the importance of addressing weaknesses. He humorously remarked, “Gotta work on my clean!” he grappled with the massive weights. The colossal lift seemed within Bjornsson’s capabilities. He tried to lift a heavyweight.

 

However, this time, the weight was too much for him and he couldn’t lift it as easily as he usually does. In this Instagram reel, the 6’9 Strongman had a tough time with the clean and press. The weights suddenly dropped, causing chaos. The barbell, along with the plates, came crashing down, and the dust powder scattered everywhere, making a mess in his home gym.

After the dust settles in Bjornsson’s gym, it’s clear that even the strongest individuals face hurdles in pursuit of excellence. This post is a glimpse into his intense training and his drive to reach new heights in his weightlifting journey. In his previous video, he showcased his prowess and strength by lifting 925 lbs weight.

Bjornsson sets his eyes on breaking his own record

Earlier he shared a video on Instagram, showing his weightlifting training range from 474 lbs to an impressive 925 lbs. Bjornsson talked about the record he set in 219, lifting a whopping 1044 lbs on the Arnold Strongman stage. he seemed surprised that no one else could break his record in these passing years. He hinted that he might have to do it himself. In the caption, he said, “Like this post if you want me to attempt 505-520 kg. I might as well do it myself.”
