After suffering from a widowmaker heart attack in 2021, Kali Muscle chose a healthy lifestyle and gave up on his PED-based bodybuilding methods. Since then, his diet has been loaded with healthy and proper nutrition and has always been the talk of the town. From a watermelon-only diet to no food for 240 hours, his fasting ritual posts always do rounds on the internet, leaving many of his followers amazed. However, if that is also a healthy option is still up for debate.
Regardless, he recently spoke about one of his dietary mistakes that could have caused significant harm to his health. In the video he’s posted, he talks about how the intake of sprouted pumpkin seeds not being good for health.
Kali Muscle is not keen on digesting pumpkin seeds

In the video uploaded on KaliMuscle’s official YouTube channel, he can be seen in a grocery store taking some packets of pumpkin seeds to introduce the world to its health dangers. He admits that he used to consume them a lot, as he loved them. However, a couple of days ago, it dawned upon him that not all veggies were good, “found out the hard way that it’s not the healthiest option.”

He realised that pumpkin seeds had canola oil which he thought could lead to various health problems. He said, “We don’t want no canola oil in our system.” especially when one grows older. Spoken like a man, who knows a thing or two about heart ailments!
Revealing the dangers of pumpkin seeds, he said that they could cause blood clots, clogging of the arteries, etc. Later, he approved of consuming raw pumpkin seeds. He said that raw seeds don’t taste good, but they are just straight pumpkin seeds. Going for the raw, unsalted kind from now on for sure, he said finally as he could see the benefits of them as they boost testosterone levels. That said, even though Muscle believes it, that doesn’t necessarily make it true. One should always speak to a licensed dietician or their physician before even considering a drastic change in diet or eating raw pumpkin seeds.
Now, statements like these get Kali Muscle a lot of attention on the internet. But these days he’s really known for his fasting rituals a rather unique obsession with watermelons.

Kali Muscles and his love for Watermelons
Muscle’s watermelon fasting journey began in 2023 when he decided to go on a 30-day diet, during which he only ate, and yes, you guessed it right, watermelons. Despite losing consciousness because of the watermelon diet, he went for a 32-day fast and then went for water fasting.

Now for the new year, he has chosen a pineapple fast “This is acidic, but goes down alkaline baby.” Muscle once revealed that he got inspired by the fasting rituals of an old Indian Priest who survived his life without any food and water for up to 90 days. Please do note that the story of the Indian priest is just that, a story and you should never go on a fast for 90 days.
