She shared her story with an Instagram page named Muscle & Strength where she chronicled her journey toward fitness. Megan decided to become her best version at the age of 40 after she saw what happened to her mother.

The Instagram post shared a picture of Megan?s transformation from her 20s to her 40s. Below the picture was the success story that she decided to share with the world. This post was in collaboration with Muscle & Strength which is undergoing a campaign with the #Shareyoursuccess as their motto.

The story was narrated by the Instagram page and it read, ?#ShareYourSuccess @meganhardenfitness’s inspiring journey to health and transformation began in her forties, driven by her mother’s Osteoporosis diagnosis.? The certified precision nutrition coach and HIIT training coach had an eye-opening experience after her mother was diagnosed with osteoporosis. This is a condition in old age where the bones start losing density and strength. The mother of two and a harbinger of fitness for middle-aged women decided to embrace CrossFit and nutrition after going through her share of problems in life. She used food as a coping mechanism before she found a better way to become fit. In two years, she transformed a whole physique and her life. Megan also became a professional fitness coach and started helping other people achieve their fitness goals.

So according to her life story, any time is the right time to start the fitness journey. Megan is spreading awareness for women?s health exactly like Melissa Neill who advises that every woman over 40 should lift weights.

Melissa was raised in a family in the UK when she was from Ghana. This created a lot of identity crises in her while growing up.
