Both images displayed the rear lat spread pose, and the improvements can be easily noticed by anyone. Walker has done quite a bit of work on his physique. He is all set for a comeback to the game with his new and improved physique to boggle everyone’s mind. Not only did Marc Lobliner praise the Mutant’s improvements, but the Exercise Scientist also did the same.

The bodybuilding critic praised Walker for his improvements

A few days ago, Dr. Mike Israetel, aka the Exercise Scientist, was invited to Dr. Pak’s podcast, where they engaged in conversation about the Mutant. They talked about how Walker has made improvements throughout his journey to attain perfection. The Exercise Scientist considers the former New York Pro champion the perfect example of investing time and effort properly in themselves.

Walker may not have good genetics, and the former professor agrees with this and says, “Pictures from his first show, and he knows this; he looks like sh*t; he’s some kid with like, you look like awful genetics; years later, he’s Nick Walker.” The years Walker invested in himself made him what he is today. The Exercise Scientist concluded and said, “If people aren’t interested in putting in time and effort, you know, before the genomics revolution, where you just take a viral vector and you’re Jack the next day before that happens, there is just no negotiating it.”
