Bryan Johnson, the tycoon known for his contributions to technology, has an unconventional approach to fitness. Unlike most people, he doesn’t want each passing year to mean he’s getting older. Instead, he aims to challenge the aging process and extend his lifespan beyond 120 years.
To achieve his goal, Johnson adheres to a unique daily routine. He diligently monitors his cholesterol levels and regularly checks his DNA. Recently, he revealed his aging progress through his social media, gaining immense attention from the fitness world.

This means that for every 365 days on the calendar, he only ages 251 days. In his words, this translates to gaining, “September, October, November, and December for free.” He emphasized the significance of his aging speed, explaining that a rate of 1.4 would equate to aging 511 days in a year. He warned that even a slightly accelerated aging rate above one biological year per chronological year can increase the risk of death by 56 percent over the next seven years.

Furthermore, he described the concept of a daily aging points calculator. For instance, engaging in unhealthy habits like staying up late and excessive drinking might deduct life points, while maintaining a nutritious diet could add points. He playfully suggested that sleeping under your office desk for productivity gains might result in a negative life points balance. The 46-year-old’s quest for longevity involves a meticulous lifestyle.
