In a recent social media update, Kali Muscle stated,?”Starting my watermelon challenge tomorrow. I currently weigh 471 pounds, trying to get to 225. Wish me luck!!! I got this ??????”
Doucette expresses his extreme discomfort and intense concern for the bodybuilder. He points out how he really does not have a clue or any idea how all of these are going to conclude. Coach Greg remarks that, though watermelons have fewer calories, they will definitely not make up for other essential nutrients. He deliberately emphasizes that eating only watermelon would further decrease the protein level in the body, along with other micro and macronutrients.
As the video moves forward, Greg Doucette is reported to act more and more anxious about the approach. He explains with an example how it can be so unhealthy for some people that it might lead to their deaths.
