In the post, Walker was seen walking after completing his set. The pump was clearly visible on his forearms and his calves. Despite his t-shirt, the pump on the Mutant’s bicep made them ready to burst out of the t-shirt. The New York Pro champion did the seated back row exercise for his workout.

This exercise primarily targets your upper back with the lats, traps, rear delt, and rhomboids. Along with these parts, the exercise also engages your biceps and core. The seated back row strengthens your back and forearm muscles. By doing this exercise, the Mutant is working on his massive back to give it some more definition.
