Victor Martinez, the former Arnold Classic Winner and the runner-up of 2007 Mr. Olympia, was asked to chime in on the upcoming bout, during an interview. However, instead of taking a particular side, or telling how insane the fight might be, the bodybuilder anticipated a Mike Tyson that would be a little less intense than during his prime. That being said, he had more to talk about the fight as well.

Jake Paul is handling social media like a pro, says Martinez

Victor Martinez stressed the fact that Jake Paul had been controlling social media like the palm of his hand and has been making money out of it. According to Martinez, people can hate Paul if they wish to, but Martinez is not one of them. Instead, he said, “Mike Tyson is winning right now, Mike Tyson is winning. Jake Paul is winning so you know what, it’s going to be entertainment. It’s not going to be a fullblown fight.”

When asked if Mike Tyson could control himself, Martinez dismissed all such notions saying, “No Mike Tyson, he going to be a different Mike Tyson you know.” According to Martinez, “It’s not going to be Mike from the 9s that we grew up with, it’s not going to be that Mike.”

Victor Martinez was further asked whether Mike Tyson would embarrass himself given how he had aged. The bodybuilder had an answer for that too.

Victor Martinez believes the event is not rigged Mike Tyson

Martinez started speculating how the fight wouldn’t be as intense as everyone was expecting it to be. He stated. “I don’t think there’s going to be a loss, I don’t think there’s going to be a beating. At the end of the day, it’s just an exhibition fight.”

The bodybuilder further discussed with those in the podcast about many claiming that the match would be rigged. Martinez, on the other hand stated, “It’s not that it’s rigged it’s going to be an actual boxing match but not with the fullblown Mike Tyson trying to get a title. There’s not even organization backing it up, there’s no belts there’s no nothing. It’s just an exhibition.”
