Earlier, the bodybuilding trainer of Kaley Cuoco posted a workout update on Instagram. He informed the followers that Cuoco “has been suffering with what’s called carpal tunnel syndrome.” However, Cuoco is actively training post-pregnancy through a hands-free workout.

Motherhood is one of the most precious moments in a woman’s life, but raising a child is no easy feat. The Charmed heroine gave birth to a beautiful daughter this March with her partner, Tom Pelphrey. Her baby Mathilda is five months old. Cuoco is a busy woman juggling both motherhood and acting schedules. For this, she needs to be her physical best. However, in a recent Instagram post, her trainer Ryan Sorenson informed netizens of the carpal tunnel issue Cuoco has been struggling with. “No Hands Workout. Since having her baby @kaleycuoco has been suffering ……… basically numbness and tingling in the hands and arms from a pinched nerve…mostly due to holding the baby,” captioned Sorenson in a workout video of the star.

However, the health hiccup has failed to stop the three-time Emmy award nominee from reaching her goals. The fitness coach further revealed, “So, other than laying off her workouts, we just adjust and make them more about lower body and core work. Always finding ways to work around these things and, most importantly, no excuses!”
In the video snippet, Cuoco put up genuine work to get her pre-pregnancy body back, but without straining her hands. As the Eminem music blasts away, the actor does a mix of cardio and resistance band exercises. Cuoco has always lived a very active lifestyle. She is a runner, a gym fanatic, and a yogi. The actress also shares a deep love for horses. However, fifteen years back, her penchant for horse riding proved costly.
Cuoco fell from a horse and broke her leg
Kaley Cuoco loves to ride horses as a relief from her busy glamorous life. The mighty creatures provide her with much need time for self-reflection and quiet. However, one of her six horses got spooked one day as Kaley was riding. First, the equestrian lover fell, and then the horse jumped on her left leg. Cuoco had to undergo surgery for the mishap.

Recollecting the incident, the producer said, “It took me like five or 10 seconds to realize it wasn’t just 400 leaves cracking, it was my bones.” Doctors had given her three months for recovery, but she surprised everyone in The Big Bang Theory family by returning to work in two weeks. Her roadblocks did not stop the artist back then. Even now, five months after pregnancy, she shows the same fearlessness in dealing with life’s curve balls. The actor is a truly inspiring woman.
