Former soap opera star Alec Musser passed away on Friday evening. The actor met an untimely end at 50 at his home in Del Mar, California. Musser’s fiance, Paige Press, told TMZ about Musser’s death. The fitness model’s uncle has also confirmed the actor’s passing to TMZ. However, neither Paige Press nor Musser’s uncle have divulged the details behind the actor’s death yet.
Alec Musser’s fiance also took to social media to share the devastating news with the fans. Distraught at her fiance’s passing, Press has deleted all posts on her Instagram profile. She posted about the unfortunate news on her Instagram stories, sharing several pictures of the Grown Ups actor.

“RIP to the love of my life,” Paige Press wrote in the Instagram story. She shared an image of last year’s vision board with a few pictures from Musser’s acting and modeling days. Alec Musser is fondly remembered for his stint on the beloved soap opera All My Children. The bodybuilder appeared in 43 episodes of the show from 2005 until 2007. The late actor got the chance to star in the soap after winning the second season of I Wanna Be a Soap Star on SOAPnet. Musser also starred in another hit TV show, Desperate Housewives.
While Musser only has acting credits in six projects, he starred alongside Adam Sandler, Salma Hayek, and Chris Rock in Grown Ups (2010). Sandler wrote a tribute to Alec Musser on Instagram. “I loved this guy. Cannot believe he is gone. Such a wonderful, funny good man. Thinking of Alec Musser and his family and sending all my love. A true great sweetheart of a person,” Sandler wrote in his post.

Besides acting, Alec Musser was also a famous fitness model and bodybuilder. Musser had a phenomenal physique, sporting washboard abs, and worked with several fitness magazines. Throughout his modeling career, Alec Musser has appeared on the cover of several fitness magazines like Men’s Health, Men’s Workout, Exercise Health, etc.
