The God of Thunder’s childhood involved football and weightlifting. He used to train with his uncle at the latter’s garage gym. The duo used to take inspiration from the ripped Arnold Schwarzenegger’s posters. Next, he started focusing on his nutrition to build muscle.

But the fitness lessons from his father, Craig Hemsworth, brought greater results in terms of efficiency. “We need to make sure you have some carbohydrates,” Craig would suggest to young Thor before his football matches. Soon, the actor’s performance and body gained attention from peers who used to question him about his fitness secrets. So, this led the actor to spearhead the fitness drive through Centr decades later.
