Sepe also wrote a caption speaking about fitness and he said, “Fitness is not just a commitment to your body, but a commitment to your mind and soul.” According to him, it is not just about admiring the physique in the mirror reflection but also about feeling strong, empowered, and confident in one’s skin. It’s a journey of life that helps lift mental and physical well-being.

Sepe has worked with veterans like Mike O’Hearn and Phil Heath and discussed the real sense of accomplishment with fitness. He had previously discussed how IFBB Pro cards gave a peculiar sense of accomplishment to the bodybuilders who have not achieved much in the core sport. Frank Sepe said, “To be honest, let’s call it the way it is…the generation, the majority of it that I have seen, a self-entitled and delusional.” Even Heath agreed with him and shared his opinion saying that people become entitled. They do not understand the difficulties of what it is like to be a pro especially back in the day.
