Well, something similar happened to a budding fitness enthusiast when he got to meet two incredible superstars that have left an indelible mark on his life. It is safe to say that it was indeed the best week of his life.

Rilyn Brust, a young and hardcore fitness fan, recently took to his Instagram and shared a story about how he got the opportunity to meet two significant stars in a single week. The emotion with which the story shared he shared, was clear enough to suggest what an incredible day he had and how much it meant to him.

In the story, he put one picture with Mark Wahlberg, the Transformers star, and in the other, he put a picture with Jay Cutler, the 4X Mr. Olympia champion. In the story, he wrote, “Brooo, first @markwahlberg 🥺, and now, @jaycutler🥺. This is the best week😍😍”. He met Jay Cutler at EOS Fitness.

Jay Cutler is often seen hitting the EOS Gym in Las Vegas, Nevada, and he was doing the same, but this time it was a surprise, and Rilyn Brust got to be a part of it. And the best part was that Jay Cutler even reshared his story, which cheered up Brust even more. Before hitting the gym, Cutler even shared a few pro tips on his story for the day.

Jay Cutler gives tips on fitness

Before Jay Cutler hit the EOS Gym one more time for his workout and to surprise his fans and reshare their stories on his official account, he shared some tips for the day, based on his experience. In the JayMail Pro Tip of the Day, the 4X Mr. Olympia started by writing, “One of the things which has helped keep me young and healthy, enabling me to have great health at 50, is managing blood sugar levels effectively.”

He went on to explain what exactly contributed to him having a healthy and normal blood sugar level consistently. He started with high-volume training, which helps in burning blood glucose, followed by fast cardio, which enables insulin sensitivity, and finally, keeping body fat levels low all year.
