For these wonderful poses, he did not forget to give credit to Joe Weider, one of the popular Canadian bodybuilders. Acknowledging the efforts of Weider, he said, “Joe is the one who told me OK Milo, let’s do that front-relaxed pose a little differently, put your weight on your left foot, slightly bend your knee, Raise your right shoulder, look to the right, flex your abs”
But then Sarcev admitted, “Great pose…even though I never really did it perfectly…” labeling the various problems he found within himself.
He recalled how Weider guided him to give the best poses of his life. The bodybuilding legend further revealed he could still hear the direction from the Canadian bodybuilder through these poses. Before this post, the coach shared an inspiring story of his life.
