Mike O?Hearn is a flawless man who has taken over?the bodybuilding world for a decade. He is 54 and still has his youth locked in and is also a 4-time Mr. Universe. The bodybuilder Ironman pro, who has modeled for more than 400 magazines looks so fine that few will believe he has had any faux pas. However, the ‘Baby Don?t Hurt Me’ meme superstar confessed about an embarrassing moment in his life.

Mike O?Hearn had a great fall

The short video was shared by O?Hearn?on his Instagram and later it was reshared by Marly Figueredo in her story. She wrote, ?This is my new big Idol!? The bodybuilder reshared it in his story again. In the reel, the podcast host asks O’Hearn about a viral video and says, ?There?s the viral video of you guest posing.? After saying that he starts laughing hysterically and O?Hearn chimes in, ?I thought I saw the edge of the stage, I didn?t see sh*t.?

So what happened was, that the Titan was guest posing at the NPC Northwest Championship which took place in Washington in 2019. All was well when he stepped on stage with his chiseled and jacked body, wearing jeans while remaining shirtless. However, things were about to get a little sour. After posing, when he was walking, he miscalculated the edge, tripping and falling off the stage.

This was captured in video and since then the moment has become viral. O?Hearn was of course a sport about it and according to ‘Generation Iron’, he said ?The show must go on, some bumps and bruises, but I will be fine.? The bodybuilder always remains humble about every moment in his life and has revealed such a side to him previously as well.

O?Hearn previously posted a picture of him and C.L Fletcher on Instagram. The duo have a good relationship and even a music video together. ‘Superman’ and ‘Titan’ have a camaraderie for many years and Mike talked about something that will come in handy to anyone. He wrote, ?It?s a little embarrassing that after 45 years of research & study, the best advice I can give people is to be a little kinder to each other.? Both the hunks pose backways in the picture with arms around each other and head bowed in gratitude. The Titan gave a simple but powerful message to convey the importance of acts of kindness to bond with each other.
