The Instagram story shows a snippet of the 11-minute YouTube video, which is about proper training methods for when you are in your 50s, the best rep range, and time in the gym. Bodybuilding veterans, Jay Cutler and Mike O?Hearn sat down after their training and talked about the number of sets and kinds of exercises they do.

Cutler explained how he does 20 sets for each body part. O?Hearn, in turn, agreed with his ideas and the way Cutler explains grip, focus, body position, and technique setup for reps. When Cutler asks O?Hearn how many reps he will do, O?Hearn answered, ?I?ll do 6 to 6 right now.? Then Cutler reveals an interesting fact.??People would argue are six enough? When Jay Cutler says 12 reps, everything should be 12 reps. I?m lying.? Then the G.O.A.T explained that for an expert in the field, the reps can be any number they feel since it is a ?touch and feel? kind of system.

The Titan gave a strong example to break the myth that the body is weak. He highlighted the fact?that a normal human hand would crush with a weight of 500lbs put on it. But the same hand of a boxer can endure 1000 lbs of pressure without any fractures.

This means that increasing the body?s potential through regular exercise is the key. ?I will create my body so freaking strong that the average stuff doesn?t hurt. And then the muscle will come from the side effect of just lifting and eating right.?, the model said in the Instagram video.
