Eric Bugenhagen, aka, a former professional wrestler, has recently met the Titan. The former Mr. California put the former WWE star athlete on a “Titan Leg Workout.” They did a leg exercise you might never have even heard of. Let’s delve deeper and find out what the former powerlifter did.

O’Hearn found a new variation for hack squats

The four-time Mr. Olympia and Boogs met in the Titan’s all-time favorite Gold’s Gym. They started their workout with a warmup set of a variation of hack squats but with a twist. After years of experience, the former powerlifter has found the variation.

Instead of doing normal hack squats, you need to face the hack squat machine and grab the seat from beneath. Then straighten your legs and maintain good posture, then start lifting the weights. But don’t bend your knees too much; try to keep your legs as straight as possible. The first time doing this exercise might be tricky, but after a few sets, you get a grip on the form.

The former WWE athlete also struggled a bit while doing his first set, but the former Mr. California fixed his form, and then Boogs did all the sets easily. After completing every set, they add one more plate to get optimal results from the exercise. They even did slow reps to increase the time under tension to get optimal results. However, this is not the first time the Titan has trained an athlete. Earlier, he trained a well-recognized UFC star. Let’s take a look at who the former powerlifter trained.

Paulo Costa and Titan had a blasting arms day

In the previous month, the former Mr. California uploaded a video on his YouTube channel training the Brazilian mixed martial artist Paulo Costa. Both met and had a blasting arms day session in the gym. O’Hearn made Costa train like a bodybuilder and was impressed to witness the UFC star doing well.

The Brazilian mixed martial artist did biceps curls, and Titan called his form and technique as “beautiful.” The former Mr. California made Costa do extra reps, pushing him beyond his limits. The duo ended the video by doing a front double-bicep pose in front of the mirror, flexing their enormous biceps.
