Bjornsson recently took to his Instagram and shared glimpses into his workout routine. He was eagerly anticipating breaking the record he set in 2019 at the Arnold Strongman stage. Back then, he astounded everyone with his elephant bar record of 1044 lbs. However, in this post, he wondered why no one could break his records, hinting that he would have to do it himself.

Captioning the post, he wrote, “170kg-420kg. Like this post if you want me to attempt 505-520kg. I’ve been thinking since no one is breaking my 501kg WR or my elephant bar WR 474kg. I might as well do it myself.” The determination in his words echoed the spirit of a true champion who is not content with resting on his laurels but is seeking to elevate his accomplishments. Even during the video, Bjornsson began by lifting 474 lbs, in ascending order he reached a breathtaking 925 lbs. He lifted these weights so effortlessly that it seemed as if he was moving a feather.

Earlier, at the beginning of his training, Bjornsson had expressed how he was feeling a little burdened owing to the emotional turmoil that he was in the recent past.

Bjornsson had faced an emotional setback earlier
