Mark Lobliner doesn’t approve normalization of obesity

In the Instagram video, Lobliner seemed quite animated as he addressed the mindset of people who gain unhealthy amounts of weight and remain obese. The entrepreneur implied that obese individuals are addicted to fast food. He admitted that health conditions like PCOS might make someone put on a lot of weight. However, the bodybuilding coach said an “extremely tiny portion” of the population suffers from PCOS. “You just really liked food and you hate exercising,” said Lobliner.

The trainer also acknowledged that gaining a little weight wouldn’t cause harm. However, he addressed those who are obese, or worse, morbidly obese. However, the bodybuilder didn’t just criticize, he also explained that obese people could become fit. According to Lobliner there are plenty of free resources, including his free ebook, that could help people lose weight. “Stop being a victim,” said the Tiger Fitness marketing officer. However, not even bodybuilding legend Arnold Schwarzenegger was safe from Lobliner’s unfiltered statements.

Marc Lobliner doesn’t think Arnold Schwarzenegger would make the cut in today’s era

Despite being a fan of old-school bodybuilding, the Tiger Fitness marketing officer explained that Arnold Schwarzenegger wouldn’t stand a chance against today’s Mr. Olympia competitors. Although Schwarzenegger retired from competitive bodybuilding in 1980, the seven-time Mr. Olympia’s impact permeates through the sport even today.
