Why does that mean they can’t stick to their diet?” the interviewer asked. The South Asian coach highlighted the fact that Indian people are used to eating traditional food. Further, Johnson explained, “When they go on a diet of green veggies and meat, they’re just gonna get so alienated, so restricted, and they rebel against it to a point that they don’t want to do it anymore, so they can’t be consistent, and then they can’t get fat loss.”

The interviewer posed another question to the South Asian coach: “So what would you do instead?” The fitness coach emphasized adding any one traditional food to the diet in order to reach the desired goal.
