Terrence Ruffin is the epitome of what the perfect classic physique should be. He has some exceptional posing skills. Not only his fans, but even IFBB Pro Coach Greg Doucette thinks that Ruffin is the best poser in the men’s classic physique division. However, the former two-time Arnold Classic didn’t participate in the Arnold Classic this year.

Ruff Diesel was the runner-up at the 2021 Mr. Olympia. However, Chris Bumstead won the title that year but Ruffin has significantly improved from his last appearance on stage. This year he might give a tough run to the five-time Mr. Olympia for the title with his chiseled physique. The IFFB Pro recently took over the internet and left his fans and the bodybuilding community awe-struck. He posted a series of pictures on his official Instagram account, flaunting his chiseled physique in striking poses.

In the post, Ruffin started with the rear lat and bicep pose. His muscle definition and conditioning are at their peak. The former Arnold Classic champion’s bicep is looking very defined, and you can see each muscle in there. His bicep is complementing his back physique well.

In the second pose, he did the iconic pose from the golden era of bodybuilding. This is one of the poses in which bodybuilding goat Arnold Schwarzenegger looked his finest. Terrence Ruffin did the archer pose, putting his front physique on display for a show. He captioned the post,” Most things in life in life never end up being as scary as we first imagine them.”

The third he did was a variation of the front double bicep pose. The former Arnold Classic champion’s abs were easily noticeable, and the separation lines on his chest complemented his overall physique. He flaunted his perfectly symmetrical back in the last pose. Everyone could easily notice the Christmas tree on his back.
