Now, there is speculation that the seven-time Mr. Olympia Phil Heath will be back after the release of his biography, just as bodybuilding legend Arnold Schwarzenegger had done in the 1980s and won his seventh title.

Recently, the seven-time Mr. Olympia shared an Instagram video snippet of an intense back day in the gym. The video also featured a glimpse of his physique that caught the fans off-guard. After glimpsing at the former bodybuilder’s physique, everyone speculates on his comeback.

The video showed the bodybuilder exercising on the pullover machine, targeting his lats and triceps. He did several reps on the machine, and after completing his set, he left the machine. That’s when things got intense when the bodybuilder gave a glimpse of his massive back.

The seven-time Mr. Olympia looks more jacked than ever after his retirement, which gave a hint of a comeback to the fans. His back seemed wide and broad, with the next level of muscle definition. One Instagram user shed light on the fact that Heath is following Schwarzenegger’s steps. He mentioned that the former bodybuilder will make a comeback in 2025. He added, “Just like Schwarzenegger return after 5 years.” Another user wants the seven-time Mr. Olympia “to come back and dominate” the current bodybuilders.
