Getting on with the trend, even bodybuilding legend, Arnold Schwarzenegger is set to make his debut in his first TV role ever! Popular OTT platform, Netflix is starring the icon on the upcoming spy-adventure TV series created by Nick Santora. The athlete will be playing the role of a CIA Agent father alongside actress, Monica Barbaro as his daughter. Naturally, fans are over the moon, and are impatiently waiting for its premiere scheduled on May 25th. 

A trailer was posted by Schwarzenegger on his Twitter, announcing the release date with an assertive note on the action-comedy aspects of the series. Owing to the excitement, fans took over the comments section to share their thoughts on the instance.

As per the source, the 75-year-old athlete shared a hilarious snippet from the series that featured the father-daughter duo in a therapy session together, trying to fix their relationship. The therapist hands out puppets to them, as an exercise which eventually turns into a tumult as Schwarzenegger and Barbaro began trolling each other through mimicry. 

Unlike his serious action movies, this role explores a different facet of his image as an action icon. “When I say action-comedy, I mean action-comedy. FUBAR premieres May 25th on @netflix” he wrote in the caption of the post. The dialogues satirically iterated his Austrian accent and bodybuilding background that most likely appealed to his fans.

The comments section organized itself into a fan fest, as most expressed their elation and excitement over the matter. Thrilled by the former IFBB pro’s action-comedy feature, the fans couldn’t hold back their laughs, and the remarks are proof.
