Chris Bumstead was always good at sports and participated in various athletic activities in his high school. However, the 14-year-old boy was inspired to become a bodybuilding champion by his sister’s boyfriend, who went by the name Iain Valliere. In 2014, he realized that bodybuilding was the line he should pursue. And now, after almost 10 years, the 28-year-old is a four-time Mr. Olympia Classic Physique winner.?

Bumstead is gearing up for his fifth Olympia, which is knocking at the door. He is training day and night with his coach Hany Rambod, who is helping him gain the perfect muscular physique for the competitions. While watching one of his latest exercise videos, his fans became awestruck with his conditioning.

The bodybuilding champion who is always candid about his mental health keeps his fans updated about his training process, also through the year. He uploaded an Instagram video where he was pumping up his biceps, and the fans could not keep their cool.

CBum captioned the post writing, ?Good day to try and get skinny?.? The video was raw footage of him pumping up his biceps and triceps in his newly launched gym. The 6?1? bodybuilding star always gives his fans updates about his training method and his health. He recently got diagnosed with an autoimmune disorder, known as IGA Nephropathy, which affects his kidneys. However, Bumstead is particular about his meals and updated people, recently on YouTube about his nutrition plans, and how he is eating six meals a day.

For the latest video, the fans only had compliments for Bumstead and his physique and could only imagine how grand he would look on stage.?

The comments under the video were written by fans from all over the world in their languages, and some people even put gifs because they were overwhelmed and did not have any words. A follower compared Bumstead to a tank because of his massive structure and said, ?Beautiful Tank.? Another fan inquired about a new product from Bumstead?s company, RAW Nutrition, and said, ?Bum line dropping a slim fit tea soon? I want a snatched waist like you ????.?

One follower encapsulated all the emotions in a simple comment, saying, ?Looking good?,? while another fan was awestruck and wrote, ?How beautiful.? A fan from South Korea also commented on his post and said in Korean, ?Bumstead always seems to be so good at the dumbbell thunder press lol.??
