The coach gave some serious advice to his followers. Speaking on how to push oneself to do difficult things, the bodybuilder introduced a concept. “There is a process of progressive realization where you become better and you are to expect to be better and to do more, he said in a video posted on his Instagram story.

He explains that fitness enthusiasts might struggle with many things, be it diet, workout, etc., today, but down the line, after a couple of years, those struggles won’t remain the same as one would have aced them by then! “You may struggle with today, but that’s not what you are supposed to be struggling with 4 years from now,” he stressed.
